Located in the upscale neighborhood of Lakes Estates, you can walk to plenty of great restaurants. The famous Lauderdale by the Sea is less than 2 miles from the house. The beach has a fishing pier, tons of great restaurants, a gorgeous beach, and live music.

The waterway at the property is accessible from the ocean, however, boats must clear several low, fixed bridges. Check clearances, depth, and tides before bringing your own boat. Small powerboats may be able to access the dock. However, the owner makes no warranties or representations regarding clearances and maximum draft. Dock at your own risk

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
