Our brand-new vacation home features all new furnishings, an open floor plan with a separate dining space, and a cheerful Florida room with pool views.  We also have covered outdoor dining space for your family to enjoy poolside.  The home features 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and is situated in a family-friendly quiet safe neighborhood that is centrally located.   The home is family-friendly and we offer amenities such as a crib, high chair, and a car seat. 

There are 2 outdoor security cameras at the front and back entrances of the home.  The pool and yard are serviced every week.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
