This brand-new vacation home has a heated pool, tiki bar, game room with poker table, corn hole, & an outside kitchen bar, and a screened-in porch to enjoy outdoor dining with plenty of seating. This house is wonderfully equipped to host your family & comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, a dining room, a living room, a workspace, and a beautiful kitchen that opens up to the pool area. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. All TVs are smart for streaming all your favorite movies.

We are very close to Hard Rock and Downtown Hollywood which has art, restaurants, and lively nightlife.

There are 4 outdoor security cameras.
We stock the house with a starter kit of supplies such as toilet paper per bathroom, dishwashing pods, laundry pods, trash bags, a bottle of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap per bathroom, napkins, rolls of paper towels, and other amenities. There are many stores nearby if you require additional items. We can also offer a cleaning service and restocking of house supplies for an additional cleaning fee.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
